Terms and Conditions

Please ensure that you agree to all of the following Terms And Conditions before continuing


· Valera Global will charge the negotiated rates it has with the company the passenger works for.

· Quoted rates do not include waiting time, additional stops (not added to the reservation), tolls, parking and/or sales tax (if applicable).

· Valera Global drivers are not permitted to solicit gratuities.

· If you have a change to your existing reservation, please call (718) 786-2222. Please do not process changes through the online reservation system.

· Cancellations for rides in the NY Metropolitan Area, must be made 3 hours prior to the pickup time. (cancellations can be made through our online system). If your reservation is outside the NY Metropolitan Area, through our National Network, please cancel 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation fees may apply if reservations have not been cancelled within these time frames.

· If you request a vehicle other than a sedan (limousine, van, SUV, buses), higher rates will apply. Specialty vehicles must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time or late cancellation fees will apply.

· Due to traffic and security regulations throughout New York City and at the airports, drivers are often not permitted to wait in front of a building or at the arrivals door of airline terminals. To avoid no show fees, please call our office if you cannot locate your vehicle. We will direct the driver to your location.

· Valera Global is not responsible for reservations affected by, but not limited to, weather, traffic conditions, breakdowns, etc.

· Please check the vehicle at the completion of your trip. Valera Global cannot be responsible for lost items.
