Valera Global provides limousine transportation services to Fortune 500 executives, politicians, entertainers, and high-end clientele in New York City, other major US cities, and in Europe.

Why it's growing:
Growth is a result of client recovery after the severe business slowdown that took place in NYC after 9/11. Recovery took three years, after which the company began to grow once more at its accustomed rate of about 15 percent per year.

What's noteworthy:
The Valera Global Training Program requires 200 hours of initial driver training and screening, and supports initial candidates through a mentoring program and a safety/security program. Candidates take verbal, written, and driving tests throughout training, and continue training throughout their careers with the company.
