First Class

Business Class


Valera Global’s Business Class is tailored to meet the needs of New York City executives who require exceptional transportation at a reasonable investment. Clients who request Business Class receive a heightened level of attention with experienced chauffeurs dispatched in advance of pick-up times to assure timeliness. Valera Global personally guarantees the vehicle’s prompt arrival and will absorb the cost of the entire ride if the chauffeur is delayed.

Business Class is available within Manhattan and between the city’s four major airports, making it an appealing alternative to other forms of ground transportation.

Coach


The Coach service level provides a new standard of luxury transportation to discriminating executives. Coach reservations can be made in advance. In addition, professional chauffeurs and immaculately maintained vehicles are standing by on a daily basis for urgent dispatch, eliminating the need to rely on second-tier taxi or limousine services.

  • Airport Service:
    Set rates for travel between airports and major metropolitan cities or suburban regions
  • In-City Travel:
    Flat-rate travel from neighborhood to neighborhood within an urban environment
  • Time-Based Jobs:
    Hourly rates for hiring vehicles and chauffeurs based on time rather than distance traveled or location


Clients can request Zone-to-Zone travel at any of the three service levels.

  • Inter-City:
    Set rates for travel between airports and major metropolitan cities or suburban regions
  • Time-Based Jobs:
    Hourly rates for hiring vehicles and chauffeurs based on time rather than distance traveled or location (typically suitable for round-trip travel between cities in close proximity)

Event Services


Valera Global has operated as a luxury transportation service since its 1986 inception in New York City. Then known as Computer Car, the company’s first client, British Airways, was soon joined by others within the first year. Only two years later, The Concierge Guide to New York recognized Computer Car as the best ground travel provider in the city.

1997 marked Computer Car’s move to a multimillion-dollar facility in Long Island City where the company retains its corporate headquarters. In the years that followed, Computer Car perfected the rigorous chauffeur training programs that would become the hallmark of its business. The company expanded its service offerings, adding guaranteed and personal chauffeur services, and expanded its fleet through the introduction of specialty vehicles and luxury brands

In 2005, Robert Mackasek joined Computer Car as Chief Executive Officer. Under Robert’s leadership, Computer Car experienced additional growth in New York and began to expand its network of partners to offer nationwide and international services to its loyal customers. These changes led to a re-branding of the company, retiring the Computer Car name and re-launching as Valera Global.

Valera Global has been featured in major business publications such as Crain’s New York and Investment News, and has received numerous accolades. Valera Global was named twice as a Finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, Ernst & Young. The International Taxi & Livery Association (ITLA), a leading industry association, has awarded Valera Global “Best Working Environment” and “Chauffeur of the Year” honors. In addition, Valera Global’s chauffeurs were publicly recognized by New York City Taxi and Limousine Commissioner Matthew W. Daus for contributing transportation services in the immediate aftermath of 9/11.

Valera Global is an active member of the National Business Travelers Association (NBTA). Meeting Professionals International (MPI), Association of Corporate Travel Executives, (ACTE), NYC & Company, the Long Island City Business Development Corporation (LICBDC), the National Limousine Association (NLA), International Taxi & Livery Association (ITLA), the Black Car Assistance Corporation (BCAC), the Black Car Assistance Corporation (BCAC) and the Livery Coalition.
